Manufacturing department
Processing of raw materials and turning them into precise parts on a uniform production line. Production using the milling and engraving machines is carried out by a computer program and trained professionals.
The department has 10 milling machines:
3 machines with 5-axis technology.
3 machines with 4-axis technology.
3 machines with 3-axis technology.
1 conventional / manual machine.
The department has 6 lathes:
2 computerized lathes.
1 Swiss type lathe.
3 conventional lathes.
Although these departments are computerized, conventional machines that work manually are of great importance in order to finish parts.
Inspection department
The department is responsible for quality control and supervision of all stages of the work with the help of professional quality auditors, specially designated measuring tools, and computerized measuring machines that ensure that there is no deviation from the blueprint requirements.

Inspection is performed at all stages of manufacture - starting from the intake of raw material and checking its suitability, continuing with the production process itself, where an in-process inspection is required, and concluding with a final inspection. Each item supplied to the customer is accompanied by an inspection report, quality certificates for raw material and a quality certificate for finishing processes as required.
The inspection department includes a CMM machine, altimeters, comparators and a wide range of different gauges and measuring tools. The rooms are temperature and humidity controlled.
Finishing department
After the manufacturing stage is complete, the products move on to finishing operations.
Sand blasting
The parts are inserted into a machine that performs a very powerful sandblasting operation. This ensures an ideal surface quality.
Deburring
The deburring is performed by a qualified staff and by using vibrating Trommel machines.
Laser marking
The marking machine labels the part by means of a rapid and concentrated laser flash until a mark (ID) is created in the material according to the customer's request. Different types of markings can be made for each purpose.
* The laser machine is located on the plant and not at subcontractors and thus contributes to work efficiency and cost reduction for the customer.
Mounting and inserting fasteners
When there is a need to assemble the processed parts into a finished product, special adhesives and fasteners are used. The finished product undergoes strict inspection, as in all production stages.
Packaging
The factory includes a specially designed packaging room that modifies the packaging of the parts to the specific requirements of the customer. The importance of packaging is critical for the protection of the products leaving the factory; therefore, we adapt the packaging according to the product in order to create maximum protection of the parts exiting the factory for delivery to the customer.
